Rita did an amazing transformation of our beach house.   She has a great touch as she was an interior designer previously and was a big help in material selection to coordinate the house inside and out.    She listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations.   She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process and her attention to details made the project run efficiently and without a lot of stress.  She is a great problem solver as a remodel reveals the unexpected.    I am convinced that if we had used any other contractor we would not have such a special and unique home today.   In fact it is a show stopper on the beach.  We loved working with her as she is a fun person to be around.
