We contracted with Rita Jones and her team to build the custom home of our dreams which we moved into in May of 2021. The lakefront Craftsman-style home turned out spectacularly and

quickly garnered the accolade of ‘Crown Jewel of Deer Point Lake’ from that point till the present. Particularly noteworthy however, was the relationship we established with Rita Jones

herself. The majority of the home build time was during COVID, and Rita continuously kept us apprised of possible cost increases – and how to mitigate them with alternative courses of

action on our build – without compromising what we really wanted in our final dream house. She was beyond accommodating, extremely communicative and responsive, and she dealt with us

with the utmost of integrity. We ended the entire process with a beautiful well-built home and a lifelong friend!
